How to Request the use of an Alpha Sender Address (ASID)

Request Alpha Sender Address (ASID)

Customers can now request for new Alpha Sender Addresses and also View/Edit Sender Address requests. Customers need to fill Alpha sender id request form and submit valid evidences which will be reviewed and approved by Admin. Customers will receive a copy of ASID form submitted via email.

Valid evidences include documentary evidence of copy of :

  • Registered company name,

  • Registered trading name,

  • Acronym, initialism or contraction of company name or trading name

  • Australian or international trade mark registered by customer

  • Registered trust name

  • Name of Australian Commonwealth, State or Territorygovernment, or government agency or entity

  • Name of foreign government, government agency or entity

  • Product or service of any of the above listed entities (please alsospecify which type of entity)

Login to the app as a customer and click on View Sender ID. Customer user will be able to View details of any existing ASID requests and also can add new Alpha Sender ID.

 

 

To add new Alpha Sender ID, Click on Add Alpha Sender ID. User needs to fill and submit Request ASID Form with valid evidences. This request will be approved by admin after validating the evidences submitted by the user. Customers will receive a copy of ASID form submitted via email.

User can also edit a request for ASID to submit more evidences before it is validated by admin. To edit a request, user needs to view existing sender id’s and click on Edit Request.
