Overview of the Feature

External 2Way SMS allows 2 way messaging between two mobile phones that communication through this application - ie both phones are replying back to the same virtual number and receive the message from the same virtual number. The process can only support one conversation at a time.   ie between the same two mobile numbers.  It has a very unique use case eg a Hotel wanting to provide guesses with an easy way to communication with services manager at the hotel to order services.

Click on the Settings menu item in the top menu.



Manage External 2Way Messaging

Click on the Edit button at the top of the form then Check the "External2WayRouting" flag.

Then click on the save button.
