Campaign Bookings

This feature is used by Intelli Customers for our Managed Marketing service. I allows a customer to create a campaign booking with the necessary campaign details and to upload distribution list files for us to manage for them.

Current bookings will show in the appointment grid and new bookings can be created.

The feature is accessed from the side menu. Campaign Bookings.

Navigation in the page is quite simple and can be done by clicking on buttons.

 

 

Create a New Booking

from the page above click on the “Create New Booking” button. The Form below will show

Option - fill out for second message of the campaign. Leave blank if no second message is to be sent.

Contact Filter

If you know the right name of the contact filter then select it else select option “Part of my customer list” .

 

Contacts Special Instruction

Option if option for Contact Filter “Part of my customer list“ is selected. Provide instruction to the Intelli Team to filter your list for you. If you are uploading new contact data make a not hear of it.

SMS Campaign Booking Process

The process to Book SMS Campaigns is accessed via the Customer Index page. It can also be accessed via Admin - Campaign Booking button.

In the Customer Details page select Booking Campaign.

 

Create New Booking

Once in Campaign Booking select Create New Booking Button.

To create a new campaign booking you need to complete booking form.

  • Complete fields -all fields are required except Message #2 (pop up field to navigate if a single send campaign)

  • Select date and time of campaign

  • Save the campaign for an immediate send or schedule the campaign using Start Date and Time before saving.

  • Select a contact filter

  • Add any special instructions

BookingRequest

Select Create

Once campaign has been created in goes into the system as a BookingRequest.

 

 

From this status can Edit the campaign record or Delete.

 

AcceptBooking

Selecting Edit will allow to Accept the booking and take the booking to the Design status.

From the edit page changes can be made to the booking request.

You will need to SAVE any changes before Accept Booking.

Accepting the booking request moves the campaign booking status to Design.

From this status can Edit the campaign record or Delete.

 

Design

Selecting Edit will allow to Accept the booking and take the booking to the Design status.

From the edit page changes can be made to the campaign booking request.

You will need to SAVE any changes before Complete Design.

Accepting the Complete Design moves the campaign booking status to WaitingApproval.

From this status can Edit the campaign record or Delete.

 

WaitingApproval

 

 

When the customer record flag Campaign Requires SMS Approval set TRUE campaign needs to be approved either from campaign booking record WaitingApproval or reply SMS message to test SMS.

Reply to test SMS to move campaign status to ACTIVE.

Approve Campaign in campaign record.

Send Approval Message from campaign record.

From this status can Edit the campaign record or Delete.

 

 

Upload Files with Contact Data

The file upload process is a secure process for our customers to transfer new contact information to us.

Click on the button “Uploaded Number List” to got to a page that lists prior files uploaded by you. from here you can click the

From the previous screen click on the Upload New File button to navigate to the page below.

Select the browse button to find and add a file from your computer. Please ensure file is in csv format.

once form is complete click on the Create button to upload the file.
