Overview of the Feature

This is our on-line credit card payment facility to enable you to buy our products and services on line.   You can do individual payments or set up recurring payments based on product triggers eg low sms balance - or virtual number expiry date.

There is also a payment page for customer to pay manual invoices "Pay Invoice".   If you wish to pay manual invoices and don't have a user account in the system please call 1300 015 013 opt 2 to have one created.

Payment Options overview.

This shows the list of existing methods of payment.  From here you can select Buy Service, Pay Invoice and create an Auto Payment.

Buy Service

This allows you to purchase a predetermined quantity of SMS Credits and Extend the lease on a Virtual Number.

Process Invoice Payment allows payment when an invoice has been issued.

Auto Payments

This allows you to create an Auto recurring payment on products made available to your Login. Select Auto payment product and Add.

Creating the Auto Payment. The example below shows an Auto payment for Virtual Number Lease. When the Number Lease Auto payment is created payment will be taken if the number lease has expired. Otherwise payment will be triggered overnight the night before Virtual Number Lease expiry.

There are now two payment Processes for pre paid customer accounts.

1. The process below which manages credit balance as a number of SMS message that can be sent.  This is only suitable for customers sending to the one country as different send prices to different countries cannot be managed with this process.  You credit is store as number that represents how many SMS you can send to your home country.  We call this SMS Send Balance.  Click here for Details
2. In our new credit management process you purchase Dollars (or Euro, or Pounds) and we store this value as you balance.  When you send a message we deduct its value. If you lease a virtual number we automatically deduct is cost each month from your credit value.   We call this Credit Balance. Click here for Details
