Email Method 2

Method 2: Send to gateway@smartmessagingservices.net

• The to-address is simply the gateway@smartmessagingservices.com
• The subject must contain either  a list of phone numbers separated by a comma or one of two key phases
• To ensure message delivery we recommend that you limit number of phone numbers to only 6 if numbers are put in the in the subject line

The are three different formats of email we accept

1.  Send to list of numbers in the subject field

2.  Send to a single number in the body

3.  Send to a bulk list as defined in the body

Example: Sending a single message to two recipients using Outlook

Note that there is a limit on some mail clients of 90 characters in the subject heading.

The format is as follows:

• "To" address is gateway@smartmessagingservices.com
• "Subject" contains comma separated numbers
• The format of the phone numbers for Australia should be 04xxxxxxxx.
• The first line of the email body starts "Pass:" and follows with your password

Format 2

Send a Single message to one recipient by putting the recipient phone number in the body of the message.

The subject line of the message must contain the keyword "inmessage"
