Managing Your Payment Details for Credit Balance

With the above payment Option you do not have a purchase menu option in the side menu

To view and manage your payment card setup goto you account management page by clicking on the user object on the top right of our page and then selecting the menu option Manage

 

The follow screen will display and will either show your current card details or give you option as shown below to add a Payment method. Your current account balance is also shown at the top right of the this window pane. Click the Add Payment Method button to add your credit card. You card details are store by Secure Pay and not by us. Secure Pay is a PCI compliant organisation.

Adding Payment Method

 

The page shown below will appear after you click the Add Payment Method button.

We automatically add credit to you account when it goes below the Trigger Threshold Value. Sending messages and number leases monthly renewals automatically deduct value from your account. You can see your cost to send messages to different countries from the pricing menu shown above.

You must select a top up amount and set a Trigger Balance of greater than 5 dollars. The automated top up process runs only once per day so you need to the trigger value high enough that you will not run out of credit within a one day period.

 

You can choose for the system to immediately add credit to your account - or wait for the next balance update process to run (within the next 24 hours). Click the Cancel Buying Credit When Adding Card button to stop the system taking immediate payment.

Once you have added a payment method the Manage page will then show you card details, Top Up amount and trigger balance as shown below. You can edit you Trigger Balance, To change your Top Amount you must delete this payment setting and create a new one.
