IM WebApp Auto-topup
Credit card expiry notifcation : An email notification/reminder is sent to the customer once in a month (on the first day of every month) notifying them that the credit card that is held on the account for the Auto-top up is going to expire, and therefore needs to be updated, otherwise all the future top up will fail.
Payment Auto-top-up has been changed to occur at three times each day instead of once in a day. The job is scheduled to execute at 10:30am, 4:30pm and 2:45am (And 11:30am, 5:30pm and 3:45am during daylight savings). The auto payment gets triggered only if the balance is less than the configured payment trigger balance. Invoice will be sent to the customer’s’s email after a a successful transaction..
Impacts of this change are as follows:
Customers should be informed about getting charged up to three times in a day if they have set up a bulk import to send job/campaign.
IM will be charged $2-$5 or more per transaction by SecurePay (1.75% plus a fixed-fee of $0.30 per transaction made with a domestic card)
The job will execute three times even if there are insufficient funds in the credit card. We get the information about insufficient credits only as a response from the Secure Pay Api call.
