Payments for SMS Balance Credit
Overview of the Feature
This is our on-line credit card payment facility to enable you to buy SMS Send Credits and Pay for Virtual Number lease. You can do individual payments or set up recurring payments based on product triggers eg low sms balance - or virtual number expiry date.
This is our old Payment process and we have create a new one that is much easier for you. Contact us if you would like us to change over your account. If you already have a recurring purchase setup you don’t even need to re enter you card details. From Login landing page or Customer Details page.
Payment Options overview.
This shows the list of existing methods of payment. From here you can select Buy Service, Pay Invoice and create an Auto Payment.
Payment Type | Description |

Buy Service | do a single payment to buy sms credits or extend the lease on you virtual mobile number |
Pay Invoice | Pay a manual invoice sent to you by our account department using credit card |
Auto Payment | Set up auto payment for your sms credits or virtual number lease |
Buy Service
This allows you to purchase a predetermined quantity of SMS Credits and Extend the lease on a Virtual Number.
Options | Description |

Product | Extend Number Lease by 3, 6 or 12 months |
SMS Credits | Depends on products made available in the Reseller - options normally include escalating from 100 credits |
Purchase | Select Product required. Payment amount will auto generate total. |

Auto Payments
This allows you to create an Auto recurring payment on products made available to your Login. Select Auto payment product and Add.
Creating the Auto Payment. The example below shows an Auto payment for SMS Credit Purchases.

Price | Default price set for Customer |
End Date | The date at which the Auto Payment will end. |
Payment Balance Trigger | At what SMS balance the payment will trigger. |
Creating the Auto Payment. The example below shows an Auto payment for Virtual Number Lease. When the Number Lease Auto payment is created payment will be taken if the number lease has expired. Otherwise payment will be triggered overnight the night before Virtual Number Lease expiry.
