Connect our Application to VaultRE

VaultRE can be integrated to allow sending from the Campaign Feature in the web application.

In VaultRE add Intelli Messaging as a Integration and copy the connect key for adding to out application.

This key is added by adding an Integration record to the MessageSender Settings.

Below show the Messages Sender Setting for Integrations. You will need the Integration role on the user to access this. Contact us if you cannot see this area within you MessageSender setting area.

the above image show that the VaultRE integration has already been added to the this user. To add the integration select VaultRE as the application then press the “Add Integration“ Button.

Copy your connection Key into the Token field and save the record.

How To Send Messages

To send messages you must do this from our system.

Use the SMS Campaign. When creating a campaign to send messages you can select a Distribution Filter from with the VaultRE system. Creating your distribution filter in VaultRE is the first step. Once this is created login into our application and Create a SMS Campaign Record and select the Distribution Filter that you created in VaultRE.

Our system will then query VaultRE for all the contacts defined but the filter you created and send SMS messages to the contact.

You can see the selection options from the Filter From Integrated App.

In the Message you use the following replacement tokens

{{firstname}}, {{lastname}}

When constructing the message system will swap out these Tokens with the contacts first or last name.

Setting up our system to Send Messages from Different Agents and have the Recipient call or text back the correct Agent.

In the VaultRE System each contact can have Marketing Users associated it. You will need to set your Agents as a marketing use against your contact records.

The in our system you will need to create Message Senders records for each Marketing agent and have us set the source address for each Agent for you. Due to new anti scam legislation we must validate any source addresses that you choose to use. This source address is used as the SMS source address when the message is sent out.

You also need to set the IntegrationId of the MessageSender records to exactly match the following username records for the Marketing user.

[firstname] [space] [lastname]

eg if [firstname] = Bob and [lastname] = Jones

set the Integration Id value to “Bob Jones“
