Overview

Templates allow standardised message content.  They are created and managed from the Manage Templates page.

Not much explanation required other than the Template Text can contact Insert Contact Parameters like firstname and lastname that are inside {{}}  eg {{firstname}}.

Insert parameters do not work in the simple send process but do in the campaign send process.
